Lasagne pt1


Dice 2 onions 3 celery and 3 carrots.
Add to a big pot.
Add salt and pepper some fresh rosemary and thyme.

Add 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
Cook over a Medium heat for ten minutes.
Next add one kilo gram of mince and brown.
Add 800g of chopped tomato.
Put a bit of water in the bottom of the tin to swell out and then add to the pot.
Add a little red wine.
Cook gently for 45 minutes.
